Job Description

We are a growing home health team seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to assess and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, primarily in pediatric settings.

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapy techniques, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and families, collaborating with healthcare professionals and educators.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with industry advancements.

    • Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state licensure, and experience working with children preferred. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential.

    This part-time, PRN role offers flexible scheduling (day shifts, weekdays), competitive pay ($70-$85/hr), and benefits such as 401(k), insurance options, paid time off, and continuing education credits. The position involves on-the-road work with no evenings or weekends.
