Job Description

Seeking a full-time Licensed Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to serve as a Behavioral Health Professional at a correctional facility in Fultonville, NY.

• Conduct clinical assessments, risk evaluations, and develop treatment plans for inmates.
• Serve as the mental health liaison, facilitating referrals and coordinating with external providers.
• Monitor mental health services, ensure compliance with standards, and participate in quality assurance.
• Provide in-service education and prepare performance reports.
