Job Description

The Nurse Practitioner will provide primary and specialty medical services under the supervision of the Department Medical Director, ensuring high-quality care aligned with departmental policies and protocols.

They are responsible for delivering efficient, effective patient care through independent judgment and decision-making, maintaining standards within their licensure.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $116,771 to $182,149 annually, along with benefits including 401(k), matching, dental, health, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

Required qualifications include a Master’s degree, Certified Nurse Practitioner license, and the ability to commute or relocate to Tulare, CA. Fluency in Spanish is preferred. The role involves in-person work within the primary care specialty.
