Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Clinician to provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment to individuals with mental health challenges.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and offer crisis intervention.
  • Educate clients and families on mental health conditions and resources.
  • Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

    • Requirements: Master’s or Doctoral degree, active Virginia license, minimum 5 years of experience, liability insurance, at least 20 hours/week availability, and Mobile Crisis Training Certification.

    This full or part-time remote role offers $40,000-$80,000 annually.
