Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical care for patients with substance use and co-occurring disorders. This full-time or part-time role offers remote days, flexible schedules, and a comprehensive relocation package for qualified candidates.

Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and monitor progress.

Provide medical services, education, counseling, and support.
