OTR Truck Driver (Over the Road Truck Driver)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Over the Road Truck Driver to transport freight across long distances, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while following all safety standards and regulations.

• Operate tractor-trailers, especially refrigerated trailers, over long routes.
• Load, unload, and handle cargo properly.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery updates.
• Adhere to traffic laws and be adaptable to schedule changes.

Ideal candidates will have proven driving experience, knowledge of safety practices, strong route management skills, and effective communication abilities.

This full-time role offers pay per mile, benefits including health and dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and supplemental pay like detention and tarp pay. The position is on the road with no fixed office location.
