Job Description

This full-time school-based therapist position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay ($30-$45), and various benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with matching, and professional development support.

Responsibilities include providing therapy to children and adolescents in schools, collaborating with school staff, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and referring clients as needed. The role covers Clinton Elementary Schools, with supervision and training provided for licensure renewal for eligible therapists.

Requirements include licensure in Iowa (tLMHC/LMHC, tLMFT/LMFT, LMSW/LISW), strong organizational skills, professionalism, and experience working with clients and school personnel. The position involves attending staff and clinical meetings, completing documentation, and working both in person and within the community.
