Job Description

Seeking a licensed substance abuse counselor (LADC, ADC-T, or equivalent) to lead individual and group therapy within a 53-bed residential recovery program for adult men.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, engaging clients, documenting progress, conducting assessments, and collaborating with staff to deliver holistic, client-centered care.

Qualifications require strong communication skills, cultural competence, emotional intelligence, ability to work independently, and MN licensure. Familiarity with Procentive software is a plus.
