Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.

They develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide culturally responsive interventions, including AAC systems and feeding therapy.

The role emphasizes cultural humility, core values of integrity, respect, and acceptance, and requires strong communication, organizational skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications include a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, licensure in Indiana, CCC from ASHA, and at least one year of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
