Seeking a licensed behavioral health therapist to join a growing outpatient family medicine practice in Madison, WI.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide long-term and brief behavioral health therapy through in-person and telehealth visits. Deliver evidence-based services, including counseling, evaluations, and treatment in individual and family settings. Attend quarterly department meetings outside of patient hours. Qualifications include a MS/MA in behavioral science or related field, valid Wisconsin license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW), and at least five years of clinical experience. Familiarity with Epic EMR and telehealth technology is required. Preferred skills include experience with diverse age groups, including children as young as three and elderly patients.
