Job Description
This full-time position is open to licensed practitioners (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist) and may be offered as direct hire or independent contractor.
_The Therapist_ provides intake evaluations, counseling, and service coordination in individual or group settings across various programs, including adult and child mental health, and crisis services within specific counties.
_Responsibilities_ include psychotherapeutic services such as screenings, assessments, crisis intervention, recovery planning, service coordination, psychosocial rehab, counseling, skills training, and referrals. Documentation and client connection to services are essential.
_Qualifications_ require a Master’s degree in a related field, licensure in Texas, and a valid driver’s license. The role demands strong organizational, communication, and crisis intervention skills, with physical ability to sit, reach, and lift minimally.
_Travel_ varies from local to within six counties for field-based roles. The work environment is moderate noise, with accommodations available for disabilities. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Texarkana, TX before starting.
