Licensed Mental Health Clinician – Pediatrics

Job Description

Community Health is a primary care network offering comprehensive wellness, behavioral health, dental, pediatric specialties, and walk-in Express Care across multiple locations in Vermont, serving diverse insured and uninsured populations.

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics to provide mental health treatment and support to children and their families in the primary care setting.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing emotional support, counseling, and education to pediatric patients and families.

Assessing social, emotional, and developmental needs, including social determinants of health.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

Conducting therapy sessions and maintaining thorough documentation.

Staying current with best practices and research in pediatric behavioral health.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree and licensure (LMHC, LICSW, etc.), with experience in pediatric social work preferred. Skills needed are strong communication, empathy, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
