Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a multi-specialty clinic serving a diverse community.

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans across various specialties, including family practice and pediatrics.
  • Utilize telehealth to improve access and convenience for patients.
  • Monitor vital signs, manage ongoing care, and collaborate with healthcare team members for coordinated services.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations and stay current with medical advancements.

    • Qualifications include a medical degree, valid California license (preferred), and experience in a multi-specialty setting (preferred). Proficiency in telehealth, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate care are essential.

    This full-time role offers a competitive salary ($280K–$426K) along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, loan repayment, malpractice coverage, and relocation assistance. Fluency in Spanish and California licensing are preferred. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Porterville, CA before starting.
