Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy to individuals and groups.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid LCSW license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with drug and alcohol addiction is highly preferred.

Salary ranges from $76,000 – $96,000 annually, based on experience.

Work is in person in Chico, CA, with options for full-time, part-time, or contract roles. Relocation is required before starting. Preference for day shifts.
