Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Burnsville to provide compassionate palliative care under physician supervision.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, interpreting diagnoses, managing symptoms of life-limiting conditions, collaborating with healthcare teams, educating providers and patients, serving as a clinical resource, participating in interdisciplinary groups, and adhering to policies and procedures.

Qualifications encompass a master’s degree (preferred), current NP or PA certification, NC medical license, DEA registration, and at least 2 years of outpatient experience.

Skills required include effective communication, data analysis, organization, teamwork, and flexibility. Physical demands involve patient interaction and mobility. The position offers full-time or part-time hours, with a pay range of $50-$60 per hour, and includes benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
