Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, primarily in educational and residential settings.

Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.

Provide therapy in individual and group formats, collaborating with families, educators, and mental health professionals.

Support clients with behavioral and mental health challenges using patient-centered, trauma-informed approaches.

Document progress, contribute to IEPs, and deliver staff and family training.

Qualifications include a master’s degree, state licensure, and preferably CCC-SLP. Knowledge of AAC and mental health strategies is a bonus.

Salary ranges from $75,000-$85,000 with flexible hours, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k). We value diversity and promote an inclusive, supportive workplace.
