Seeking a Crisis Clinical Lead to support a Mobile Crisis team in Augusta, ME. This full-time role involves providing clinical guidance, on-call support, staff mentorship, and ensuring program compliance in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide clinical consultation and review assessments
• Support 24/7 crisis operations and collaborate with community partners
• Mentor crisis team staff and participate in quality assurance

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a social service field, licensure (LCSW, LMSW, or LCPC), and at least 1 year of mental health experience. MHRT-CSP certification or ability to obtain within 90 days is preferred. The role offers a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000, competitive pay ($30-$33/hr), and comprehensive benefits.
