Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus and working at an approved NHSC Loan Repayment site.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting psychosocial assessments and establishing treatment goals
Providing evidence-based individual and couples therapy for all ages
Maintaining compliant clinical documentation
Collaborating with staff psychiatrists and participating in team meetingsRequirements:
Licensed LMSW or provisional clinical license in Iowa (preferred LISW, LMHC, LMFT)
2+ years of mental health experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; bilingual skills preferred but not requiredBenefits include:
