Job Description
The Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) independently delivers holistic, evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient counseling, documented via Athenahealth EHR.
Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, active Texas license, accredited program graduation, and certification exam passage.
Minimum of one year relevant experience, strong communication skills, organizational ability, autonomy, bilingual in English and Spanish, and BLS certification.
Key duties include evaluating patients, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, performing procedures, developing care plans, providing education, and ensuring continuity of care.
Focus on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining patient confidentiality, and fostering positive relationships within the team.
Manage clinic operations, support business needs, and work independently to prioritize tasks and solve problems.
Physical ability to perform clinical tasks and operate equipment required.
