**Mental Health Therapist Requirements:**
- Previous clinical experience in mental/behavioral health settings
- Passion for working with young adults or adolescents
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field, or enrollment in a Doctorate program
- Licensed, pre-licensed, or able to transfer license in relevant fields in the service state
- Experience with individual, family, and group therapy for youth
- Preferred experience with substance abuse, eating disorders, trauma-informed care
**Therapist Responsibilities:**
- Provide therapy for adolescents with mental health and behavioral issues, including co-occurring disorders like substance abuse
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation
- Conduct clinical interviews with clients and families, sharing relevant information with the team
- Build rapport and support patients through a 28-35 day wellness journey
- Assist with aftercare, discharge planning, and collaborate with families and clinical teams
