Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an interventional pain management clinic with 4 locations, including physical therapy, a satellite, and a surgery center.

    • Providing comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and care plans
    • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
    • Documenting patient care

  • Qualifications: Current state licensure, national certification, DEA license or ability to obtain one, and BLS certification.
  • Details: Full-time position, salary between $125,000-$150,000, located in person, with a requirement to relocate to Sutherlin, OR before starting.
