Job Description
This leadership role reports directly to the Nursing Director and involves hands-on nursing and supervisory responsibilities as a full-time Evening Charge Nurse (2pm-10pm).
It includes planning, developing, and overseeing person-centered care programs for residents, training staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key duties encompass coordinating resident care, managing electronic health records, overseeing medication administration, conducting assessments, and maintaining resident files.
The position requires assisting with staffing, onboarding, training, and performance reviews, as well as participating in safety committees and ensuring proper documentation.
Qualifications include a current RN license, CPR certification, experience managing teams of six or more, and at least 2 years working with dementia patients. Flexibility for on-call hours, travel, and working weekends is needed.
