Clinical Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate psychotherapy services and manage an individual caseload, tailored to their licensure and skills.

Primary responsibilities include conducting initial and ongoing assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy, maintaining documentation in the EMR system, collaborating with care teams, and submitting billing.

Candidates must hold a valid license (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW), have excellent organizational and time management skills, and be comfortable working independently and in teams.

This full-time, part-time, or contract role offers a projected annual compensation of $60,000-$90,000, with flexible hours (20-40/week), health and vision benefits, and a hybrid work location in Hibbing, MN.

Candidates should be able to commute to Hibbing, MN.
