***$2000 Sign-on Bonus***


Under supervision, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides basic nursing care and assists residents with daily activities, including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility. They respond to nurse call systems, help with meals, perform vital sign checks, and document care activities. CNAs participate in care planning, attend interdisciplinary meetings, and ensure person-centered care. They must maintain punctuality, adhere to policies, and operate within legal and professional standards.


**Requirements:**
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Valid CNA certification in the state
– CPR certification preferred
– Six months of experience in long-term care preferred
