Seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Assisted Living Facilities in Hyannis, MA, and nearby areas.
Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliations, and annual wellness exams five weekdays. Examine patients, review medical records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments and medications. Educate patients and families on health conditions, prevention, and medication management. Maintain accurate records, promote health practices, and oversee overall patient well-being.
