Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to oversee resident care at a skilled nursing facility.
Perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized Plans of Care, and coordinate interdisciplinary care to ensure high-quality, resident-centered services. Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, delegate tasks, and manage care delivery to promote residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, documentation standards, HIPAA, and all regulatory guidelines, including medication management and infection control. Provide guidance on health promotion, disease prevention, and resident education while fostering a culture of customer service and integrity. Maintain leadership, resilience, and strong communication skills to support staff and build trust with residents and families.
