Job Description
The Speech Language Pathologist provides evaluations, screenings, and therapy services for children of all ages within the Special Education program.
Demonstrates expertise in language development, assessment, and interventions.Develops and implements individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.Collaborates with staff and families to support classroom inclusion and at-home activities.Conducts assessments, interprets evaluations, and recommends adaptations for children’s needs.Provides therapy sessions, monitors progress, and maintains detailed documentation.Travels to community sites for services and supports transition processes.Offers training on communication tools and participates in team meetings and committees.Supports family engagement through conferences and resource sharing.
