We are a private orthopedic practice in Redding, CA, seeking board-certified or eligible orthopedic surgeons to join our collaborative team.

Our multidisciplinary group offers comprehensive care, including orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry, pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy, supporting surgeons in developing their practices.

The position features a competitive first-year salary of $300,000–$400,000, with long-term growth potential through ancillary income, facility ownership, and partnership opportunities.
