Job Description
This full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation ranges from $41/hr to $50/hr based on experience and certification level (CFY or CCC).
The SLP provides direct speech therapy care to patients, following physician referrals and regulatory standards.
Requires an accredited graduate degree (MS or MA), ASHA certification or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and current state licensure. One year of post-acute care experience preferred.
Must maintain CPR certification, demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office, and comply with policies on confidentiality, safety, and professionalism.
Key responsibilities include assessing and setting therapy goals, charting, utilizing therapy software, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety.
Additional duties involve community health participation, patient and family liaison, and assisting with emergency procedures. The role demands good judgment, dependability, and excellent communication skills.
