  • Seeking compassionate, innovative therapists with a passion to make an impact and potential for growth within the organization.
  • Responsibilities include patient assessment, case management, individual, family, and group therapy, and participation in treatment planning and team collaboration.
  • Provide specialized therapies like EMDR, art, or equine therapy as needed, and support program development and performance improvement activities.
  • Must have a Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, be state-licensed, CPR and CPI certified, with preferred experience in trauma, addiction, or family therapy.
  • Position involves on-call coverage, documentation, and adherence to safety and employment policies, including drug testing. Commitment to diversity and providing accommodations is emphasized.
