    • The full-time Program Director oversees daily operations of an OMH Mental Health Clinic serving clients aged 5 and up with mental health and co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities include staff supervision, clinical oversight, program development, compliance with regulations, and coordination with medical and IT teams. The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, five years of clinical experience, three years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with electronic health records. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. The position offers a salary of $80,000 annually, with benefits including 403(b), health coverage, loan forgiveness, and more, based in an in-person setting.
