Job Description

Are you an Advanced Practice Provider passionate about compassionate, high-quality wound care in a home setting? This full-time, salaried role offers flexible Monday-Friday hours with no on-call, weekends, evenings, or holidays.

As a key team member, you will provide advanced wound care, develop personalized treatment plans, perform assessments, and educate patients and staff. The position requires local travel (reimbursed), with equipment and training provided.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited NP or PA program, at least one year of experience, board certification, and a valid license in Minnesota. Wound care experience is a plus.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and retirement plans. Compensation ranges from $130,500 to $200,000 annually.

Willingness to travel 75% is required, and candidates must be licensed in Minnesota and experienced in wound care.
