Seeking a full-time BC/BE pediatrician or pediatric nurse practitioner for an outpatient practice in Crandall, TX, just southeast of Dallas.
Provide comprehensive physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, monitor growth, and develop treatment plans for children from newborns to 21 years. Perform in-office procedures, prescribe medications, immunizations, and offer preventive care and health education. Manage acute and chronic conditions, provide emergency care, and coordinate referrals to specialists. Supervise mid-level practitioners and participate in safety and care policy development. Work a 4-day week with an average of 25 patients/day, no hospital or delivery shifts, and shared after-hours call.
