Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN, Registered Nurse – IMC Telemetry – PRN in San Antonio, TX.

• Provide comprehensive patient care in the Intermediate Care (IMC) Telemetry unit.
  
• Monitor patient vital signs and interpret telemetry data to identify changes in patient condition.
  
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
