Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Registered Nurse II for the LGH D35 Diabetic Renal unit in Lynchburg, VA. This full-time position offers 7a-7p shifts.


  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education for diabetic and renal patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and health promotion.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
