Seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to join a dedicated team in a transitional care setting with a $5000 sign-on bonus.

*Responsibilities include:*
– Evaluating and treating patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments
– Developing personalized treatment plans based on physician orders
– Administering and interpreting speech and hearing assessments
– Educating patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
– Collaborating with rehab and nursing staff for holistic care
– Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to HIPAA standards

*Qualifications:*
– Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology
– Current state license in Speech Language Therapy
– Valid CPR certification
– Six months experience in a long-term care setting preferred
