We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor in our hospice division.

Lead daily clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

Oversee care planning, patient admissions, and transitions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Mentor and supervise nursing staff, conduct case reviews, and ensure proper documentation.

Develop policies to improve care quality and operational efficiency.

Manage staffing, training, and act as liaison with families, providers, and agencies.

Qualifications include an active RN license in California, 3+ years in hospice or palliative care, and leadership experience. The role offers a full-time salary ($125K-$130K), benefits, and potential sign-on bonus.
