RN Team Lead-Wound Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Wound Nurse to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team on a day shift (6:00 am – 2:30 pm).

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, empathetic nursing care
• Collaborate with care team members
• Complete wound assessments, dressing changes, and process new orders
• Administer medications, monitor residents, and maintain documentation
• Support residents in achieving recovery goals

Qualifications:

• Current Washington RN license
• Strong clinical skills and compassion
• Dependability and teamwork
• Previous long-term care or rehab experience preferred
• Wound Certification preferred
• BLS Certification required
