Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in Clinton, IA.

Provide comprehensive patient care across primary, urgent, and specialty settings for all ages.

Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop individualized care plans.

Perform minor procedures and collaborate with teams to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain accurate documentation using EMR/EHR systems, ensure HIPAA compliance.

Offer health coaching on lifestyle, disease prevention, and chronic condition management.

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Key skills: experience with EMR systems, medical coding, diagnostic evaluations, telehealth, and strong communication skills.

Job details: Full-time position with a salary between $120,000-$130,000 annually. Benefits include health, dental, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement.
