Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor to join our non-profit organization focused on compassionate, client-centered substance use recovery care.

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions using techniques such as applied behavior analysis and crisis intervention.
  • Conduct integrated behavioral health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA confidentiality standards.
  • Stay updated on best practices through ongoing research.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

    • Requirements: Valid LPC license, Master’s degree in counseling or related field, experience in behavioral health, knowledge of ABA techniques, and excellent communication skills.
