The RN will perform comprehensive resident assessments, develop and oversee individualized care plans, supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote residents’ well-being. The role emphasizes resident-centered care, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications include an approved nursing program, current RN licensure, CPR certification, and preferably experience in skilled nursing. Strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills are essential.
