Seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join a community-focused FQHC with over 50 years of service. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive outpatient care across all ages, emphasizing prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diverse medical conditions.

Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, managing chronic diseases, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with specialists. Candidates should have board certification (preferred), outpatient experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.

Salary ranges from $204,892 to $215,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health and life insurance, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and vision insurance. The position requires in-person work in Fayette, MS, with relocation and travel (25%) preferred.
