Job Description
Part-time/PRN licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) needed to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.
Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with the care team to ensure continuity of care, and documenting in health records.
Work with patients experiencing cognitive-communication and swallowing issues after events like stroke, TBI, illness, surgery, or dementia.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, primarily on the road. Must be willing to relocate to State College, PA before starting.
