Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Bishop, CA.
Responsibilities include participating in weekly bedside wound rounds, evaluating and managing acute and chronic wounds, performing dressings, debridement, and G-Tube replacements (training provided).
Opportunities for Home Health visits as needed.
Must be outgoing, energetic, and experienced in Skilled Nursing Facility environments.
Qualifications:
Current California medical license and certification. At least 2 years of wound care, skilled nursing facility, and debridement experience. Strong communication and ability to work independently. Wound Care Certification preferred. Willingness to travel 100% (preferred). Details: Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday, on-call, weekends as needed. Compensation: $1,000-$1,300 per day.
