The Nurse Manager oversees unit operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsible for staffing, resource management, and collaborating with leadership for surge planning and admissions. Provides leadership and support for staff development, onboarding, and maintaining professional standards. Manages problem-solving, regulatory compliance, and financial resources to optimize unit performance. Promotes a positive, service-oriented environment aligning with ICARE values and fostering team engagement. Requires at least 3 years of clinical experience, RN licensure, and a Bachelor’s Degree; leadership experience preferred.
Works full-time at a hospital in Weston, WV, with a varied schedule.
