Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across multiple Mid-West states, with expanding opportunities.

Immediate openings for *Fully Licensed* Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) interested in geriatric behavioral health, offering *Part-Time* roles in Battle Creek, MI.

• Provide direct psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for nursing home residents.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapies, seeing 10-15 patients daily with flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and proper documentation per Medicare guidelines.
• Enjoy a daytime schedule (M-F), autonomy within facilities, clinical support, and modern electronic charting.
