Position Overview:
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients facing mental health and substance use challenges. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Facilitate therapy sessions using proven methods.
- Work with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Maintain compliant clinical records.
- Participate in team meetings to monitor progress.
- Provide crisis support and psycho-education to clients and families.
- Ensure ethical and best practice service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Licensed in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or completing supervised clinical training.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with mental health/substance use clients.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatments.
- Team-oriented, ethical, and motivated to support recovery.
