Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Johnstown, NY. This full-time role offers flexible options, with a schedule Monday–Friday and some weekend/holiday coverage. The NP will collaborate with healthcare teams to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, manage medical conditions, prescribe medications, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include an active NY NP license, certification (FNP/AGNP), DEA registration, BLS (ACLS preferred), and 1-2 years of geriatrics or long-term care experience.
