Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care based in Sedona, AZ, with travel as needed.
Responsible for seeing new patients, follow-ups, post-procedures, and managing chronic conditions across all age groups and insurances. Work independently in clinics and visit assisted living facilities or nursing homes. Requires AZ license, DEA certification, 1-5 years of primary care/internal medicine experience, and fluency in Spanish (preferred).
