Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our 5 clinic locations in Roanoke, Salem, Christiansburg, and Low Moor. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Perform assessments of new and established patients, develop treatment plans, and manage medications.
• Order and review diagnostic tests like X-Rays and MRIs; refer to specialists as needed.
• Conduct office procedures such as joint, trigger point, and Botox injections.
• Provide patient counseling and coordinate referrals to mental health or other services.
• Maintain professional relationships with healthcare team members and follow all prescribing and safety protocols.
• Participate in meetings, training, and continuing education.
• Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, Virginia licensure (or in process), and DEA registration (or in process). Experience is preferred but training is available.
